The Team
The Effective Board’s team has many accumulated decades of expertise and experience from conducting board reviews, supporting boards as a general counsel and company secretary, advising boards on talent and as an institutional investor assessing the Board’s leadership of companies.
Code of Practice
The Effective Board is a signatory to the Chartered Governance Institute Code of Practice for Board Reviewers and works with clients to ensure each board review applies all the principles of this Code.
